Paving the way for green mobility.
VePa parking systems have a CO₂ footprint up to 50% lower compared to underground garages and create sustainable added value through minimal land sealing and the promotion of forward-thinking technologies such as battery storage, photovoltaics, and green facades.
Just two vertical towers replace up to 24 parking spaces, freeing over half the area for community features. This approach revitalizes city life by creating greener, more interactive environments.
A catalyst for social urban space.
Parking areas with low urban appeal and a high degree of sealed surfaces are reimagined in three dimensions. By utilizing vertical parking solutions, existing capacity is expanded while reducing land sealing. This relieves the surrounding area, creating new opportunities for urban activation. The VePa Tower becomes a landmark, sparking transformation and turning the site into a multimodal mobility hub. With integrated green facades, urban art, and surrounded by public areas, it evolves into a vibrant, multifunctional space with a strong visual and social impact.

Beyond compact parking and charging of electric cars, the VePa tower 2030 embraces a broader vision for sustainable mobility. The design integrates shared and micro-mobility options, like scooters and bikes, along with urban functions like co-working spaces, digital libraries, and meeting areas. It transforms traditional parking into vibrant urban hubs where multi-modal logistics, drone delivery, and modern public spaces create a unique experience where mobility meets community.

Our vision is an evolving structure, starting with a base tower that contains parking lots and charging infrastructure. Through an adaptive kit of parts the towers can be individualized to various locations’ needs. The towers can feature a variety of experiences, creating added value for future cities.
Adaptive design through a modular facade system.
Developed from uniform modules, the façade adapts to its surroundings while allowing for individuality. Its modular design enables transformation over time, evolving with stakeholders' needs. Potential functions include greenery, art, and energy production, making the tower both dynamic and sustainable.
